If you need a refund, please contact our help team here. Please let us know the reason for the refund and your donation reference, which can be found on your email receipt.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours, excluding weekends, holiday periods and bank holidays. While we will make every reasonable effort to process your refund, please be aware that we cannot guarantee it.
