There are two ways to cancel your Direct Debit:
- If you have a Give as you Live Donate account, go to your account, select your repeat donation, then “Cancel repeat donation”.
- If you don’t have a Give as you Live Donate account, contact us and we will cancel it for you.
- You can also cancel your repeat donation by contacting your bank or via your online banking account.
You must cancel your direct debit at least 2 business days before your next payment date; otherwise, a payment may still be taken.
If you request your Direct Debit to be cancelled after a payment has been initiated but before the payment has been taken, then the payment may still be taken – if you wish to receive a refund of such payments, you can contact us. Please avoid disputing payments with your bank, as we get charged a fee for this.
