To make it as easy as possible for your charity to calculate costs linked to your fundraising, we only charge charities a 2.5% donation processing fee. Donations via our Tap to Donate app are also subject to a 5% payout fee.
Where supporters choose to cover the fees - which is available on all donation types - your charity will not be charged anything.
