If you believe your card was used without your authorisation, please provide us with proof of the donation amount and the transaction name from your bank account. Donations made via Give as you Live Donate show as ‘GiveasyouLive Donate’ on your statement.
Once this has been provided, we will process a refund for the donation. This can take up to 10 days to appear in your bank, depending on your provider. If the donation has already been paid to the charity, you will need to contact the charity to receive a refund. Please also contact your card provider to report the fraudulent donation.
