If you have set up a repeat donation via credit/debit card your donation will be processed immediately.
If you have set up a Direct Debit, it can take up to 6 business days for the first payment to be taken from your bank account therefore, If you choose your Direct Debit to start straightaway or in less than 5 business days’ time, there will be a delay before your first payment is taken.
The payment of repeat donations will also be delayed if a date does not exist. For example, if you selected 31st January as the date of the first payment, then the February payment will be delayed until either 1st March or, if a Direct Debit, the first business day in March.
